This month saw the West Midlands Apprenticeship awards take place at Enginuity, Ironbridge Museum. Employers and apprentices taking part in the scheme received major prizes and celebrated their success as part of the programme.
Awards of young, advanced and higher Apprentice of the Year were distributed in addition to the Employers of the Year. Anna Field, Programme Manager presented the Small Employer of the Year award to The Chartwell Practice and J R Slee from Shrewsbury and Burton on Trent. Both who take on several apprentices giving them great opportunities to train as a member of staff within the business.
