An exciting new exhibition has been produced and selected by year 4 pupils of Yew Tree Primary School. The children were set the challenge of documenting their local community of Aston with digital SLR cameras supplied by Creative Alliance.
The pupils were asked to capture their personal interpretation of the good and bad elements present within the Aston area. Focusing primarily on the popular topics of the environment, waste disposal and recycling.
CA staff members joined the children on a eye opening excursion out to the local area. Assisting the 60+ pupils with SLR tution as they stormed the community with cameras, clipboards and PDA's.
Creative Alliance were impressed by the flair and imaginative work of the young photographers throughout the various stages of the project.
Please feel free to pop down and take a look at the exhibition, that will run from July to Sept 08.
